The Trouvaille Federal Credit Union will be following RHD’s COVID-19 policies.
• Effective March 17, 2020, the Shared Service office is now closed to all non-essential employee’s per Pennsylvania’s Governor Tom Wolf.
• What that means to members is that all Credit Union check requests will be mailed to the members. You must call 215-951-0329 to request the withdrawal. Our staff will be working from home to meet your financial needs.
The outside door which will be locked to all and will be unlocked between the hours of 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM for members to deposit money into our lock box which has the mail slot to the right of the credit union’s door. Our staff will go in daily to check the lock box.
The board of directors has decided to forgo fees on non-sufficient items thru March 31, 2020 to assist our members during this time.
As information is updated, we will let the membership know thru Home Banking and employees RHD email.
